Asif Satchu was previously the co-Founder and Chairman of SMKT. SMKT was a supply chain management company, which was backed by the investment firms KKR, Sequoia Capital, Madison Dearborn, Fenway Partners, Battery Ventures, Fleet Equity Partners, Hicks Muse and Onex Capital. Asif Satchu sold SMKT for $1.0 billion.
